Agreed...but I think they should focus more on giving us better hull integrety or allow us to upgrade it ourselves if we have the money...i have plenty of money, just seem to get my butt kicked when trying to fight something thats 2-3 CL's higher...even though my sheilds and weapons are top of the line for me

we need more hull integrity, i was fighting a cl13 mob and it used somesort of sheild drain and killed me in 6 shots to my hull. I frequntly run out of cargo space for things that dont stack, all im trying to do is make some money! there are sop many devices for many diffrent situations and i freqently dont have enough space in my cargo because ofmy missles and weapons....

Had a reporting mission from Hercules Gravel at N-7, Saturn. Mission took me from Net -7 to Zweihander Planet and back. At the end of the mission, I got the fella's recommendations. The recommendation is neither tradable nor storable. Is it worth keeping the darn thing around?

Hi all,

I'm a lvl 113 TE now and I can honestly say I've never felt the hull was too weak. If you're really having trouble try the following:

More points in Damage control.

Fight further away from your mob so as not to get shot.

Target enemies you know do not have missiles. (A beam enemy such as claimjumpers (CL20) can be killed outright with lvl 4 launchers before it gets anywhere near close enough to fire a shot).

If you have trouble out running the enemy, buy a cat's paw device or an eagle wing with activateable turbo.

Hope this helps.

Remember the golden rule:

The ideal fight for a TE is one where the enemy never fires a shot.

Hi all,

if I look at the database here, the Jenquai Shields always have the highest capacities. Does this mean, that these Shields are the best? Are they better as the shields for enforcers?

From experience as a jd, if the database says our shields are the strongest it obviously needs updateing. Our shields are always weaker, and if there weren't RD scale shields we would be in some deep ... well ya get the picture.

Stop complaining about hull/vault space. You don't need to go out hunting with a full hold of ammo. When I go out hunting I usually take only about 3-6 stacks of ammo for each weapon (depenging on what I'm hunting, how quickly each weapon consumes ammo, and of course how expensive it is). Most hunting spots are not more than 2-3 sectors from a starbase, so when you run out of ammo just go back and make some more. Also, if you need vault space because you don't have the room to store all the parts for weapons/ammo, then don't be a TW. If you want to be a weapons vendor, then be a TT and MAKE your own components. TW are meant to fight and trading is only handy to pay for all the ammo. Building weapons on the open market is only a nice side to being any warrior class. If you CHOOSE to be a weapons vendor, then thats your choice and its YOUR responsibility to manage your vault space. If you don't have enough room, then just don't build so much

all we ask for is a few more hull spaces and like a little more hull integrity, i invest alot in damage control but it still aint compensating. we want the xtra hull integrity because at like level 60 i still have only about 1000 to 1500 hull points! and the freaking PW has like what, 3000? im just saying, we could use a little xtra hull integrity.

The progen warrior's level 50 hull upgrade gives them 1200 HP, at 75 its 3500, at 100 its 20k, at 135 its 82k.

Is there a further way to improve your chances of analysing an engine?

I have a full green faction bar on Glenn Commission and Earth Corp Wariiors.

I have build Engines Level 7, however last night I failed to analyse no less than 6 engines from level 4 to 6 some of them hard to come by, such as circling wing, silver dragon flight and gold dragon flight.

Does raising the level of Negotiate help to improve chances of Analysing engines and weapons.

There is a way to improve your chances of succesfuly analyzing anything.... Group with Players that have high trade/build lvl's and analyze things in the stations you have good faction with.... I.E. Earth Corp=earth station, works for my guild. sometimes all it takes is one other player and you get the rare stuff analyzed

and by the way I'm a lvl 111 TE and I love it, life is great... when you pick a beginning character in the game it tells you how strong your hull will be, weapons, devices and such.....you picked it now deal with it.......that is all

Well here's my two cents. You are already the fastest warrior class and have the largest cargo capacity of any other warrior class. You can hit your opponent with you missles from beyond 5.5k and outrun pretty much anything in the game on impulse power. If you are complaining about your hull taking hits too quickly maybe you should consider fighting like a Terran Enforcer instead of fighting like a Progen Warrior. Keep out of range and hammer them with missles. If you were to recieve more hull points then you would likely give up speed which is your main bonus. Consider this all you people that think TE's suck, Maybe you are the one that sucks and not the character. I certainly don't have any problem kiting mobs that are much higher than me.

This is my first time in here, just found out about this site a little while ago. Anyway, you can toss the reccomendations, if you ever need it, just go back to the person who gave it to you and tell them that you lost his/her reccomendation, and he/she will give you another one.

well try cloaking and still get menaced or have a enemy still use shield inversion on you all becuase the skill doesnt work like its supposed to, also try getting up in the enemys face with weak shield and beams that will never do as much damage as missiles!
its pretty simple all you got to do is hide in the back and press a button and fire misssiles it really doesnt get easier then that I have a TE as well so I know so stop your crying!!!

Ok, This is my first time posting here, so bear with me.
I personally LOVE playing a TE, granted, there have been times when I thought that a stronger hull would be nice, I then look at other classes and realize that, with the exception of Progen, We're pretty well off. Furthermore, TEs are basically snipers, so anyone who has a gung-ho personality really should think twice about playing one, because there is almost NO way that we can fight enemies at close range. That's just not our strong point. Equip a Model Y shield, and blast your opponent from max, or as close to max as you can get.

Wow, you arent telling me TEs suck are you? I personally am a lvl136 Magister Magna (Progen Sentinel). At around lvl110 and like cl42 I took on an lvl100 commodore. Fairly easy battle I should say. All he had to do was spot me and kite away... Our weapons did about the same damage to one another, but his main advantage over my mortars were speed and range... which ended up killing me. He would turn tail and run while I tried catching up to him through warping to get within range... I would trade this char any day for lvl100 TE... At lvl150 Im sure you could outkill a lvl150 with the right weapons (zets)...

TEs rocks !!!!! i have a lvl 129 TE (cl50) !!
And lvl 150 PWs asking me for help to hunt !! Why ??
1. I have the strongest weapons in enb (zets)
2. i can give them 30% at every deflect, increase her projectil weapons and lower her signature (rally)
And i will never forget the Admiral (lvl 135+) that kills a lvl 60 mob alone !! And the mob doesnt shoot back once cause he was out of range !!
How i could seen that ??
I was lying 1k next to the lvl 60 mob cause he killed my lvl 40 PW 1 min before !!
So please be proud to be a TE and work on your levels !!

TEs are pretty cool, and I'd say we have the best powers for keeping ourselves alive (though killing might be a different story..) But. Missile costs are going through the roof. 5 zets are supposed to cost 25 million, and then for the rest of our days we shell out money for ammo. We have our drawbacks, unless we go an use beams. But then we suck!

I finally got 3 Level 3 Oguns at 200% each and 20 stacks of ammo, but im only level 27, 9-14-4, and need level 12 to get level 3 missile skill! Let me ask you this... what other race/class can honestly say, "I just soloed a cl 40 while being cl 28 and just earned 8k cl exp"

Trick is high scan, low sig, fast thrust, long ml range. Either use the Tada-O Model X,Y, or Z and/or the Nova line of reactors. Both give boost to ml range.

I got the lv5 projectile launcher from a friend about 3 months ago. It is a unique non-manufacturable projectile launcher from the Red Dragons. I threw it in my vault cause I only had level 3 projectile skill at that time. I tried doing a price check on it and I had offers of 10 million and up. The stats on it are as follow: at 115% quality it boost missle conservation (energy) by 36.5%, boost missle range by 28%, and increases missle damagae by 26.5%. It uses "New Red Dragon Ammo" plasma, impact, or chem. I want to know:

A fair price or what you think I can get for it OR
where I can get "New Red Dragon Ammo" because they don't sell it at the RD base in Black Beards Cove.

I am a TE and was wondering what skills would be recommended leveling up other than engine, shields, reactor, devices, and missle weapon. Are the hacking and biorepression skills worth spending skill points on? I just don't want to waste skill points on things that will be of little use later on.

Well you should proubly upgrade them to lvl 3 or 4 then leave them alone for a while. However rally , critcal targeting , damage control, and negotation need your attention. Critcal Targetting will help you kill MOBs faster, Damage Control will help keep your hull from being blown away, Negotation will keep your ammo, and equipment costs down and give you more trade expierence when selling loot or trade materials, and last but not least rally will help you and your group mates to defend themselves, kill stuff, conserve ammo, and at the final lvl reduce your signature. Their you go hope it helps!

Oguns only get good at lvl4-6.

Until you have tech for lvl4 or lvl5 missile weapons and can kill big things and earn alot of money, dont even consider aquiring them.

use insted ML-X4 or ML-X7 from lvl2-4, then oguns lvl5-6, Z3 and other big stuff after that.

note:
2000 ogun missiles cost around 157k to build (lvl3 ammo)
2000 x4 missiles cost just 10-20k to build (lvl1 ammo)

lvl4 ogun launches 1 missile doing 72 dmg (200% ammo)
lvl4 x4 launches 3 x4 missiles doing each 26 dmg (200%), for total 72 dmg

if you check the DPS, ogun does about 6.86 and x4 6.76, for that lvl4 launchers.
lvl3 ogun does less DPS than ml-x4.
so only at lvl5-6 oguns get better. ml-x4 line ends at lvl4.

almost same damage, x4 much more cheap.

so stop complaining abotu prices.
use ml-x4 lvl2-4, then oguns lvl5-6.
you wont get poor that way!

Heh, my level 116 TE is rather good. I don't get screwed by vendors or mfg terminals and the enemy rarely gets close enough to kill me (except at Triple Lattice with their damned summon). Don't complain about the TE. PW's and JD's are more for tanking that a TE (Yes I said JD was more for tanking simply because of their Psi Shield).

My lvl140 Enforcer rocks, the only down side is the minimal energy use but building ammo and ML's etc is not a problem. Negociate is a great skill for making money so that is No.1 for builders.

All you people complaining about ( not enough hull, not enough vault space, you people need to read the specs before you pick your toon! I'm a beta person and have helped plenty of people,given away millions given awaymissile launchers, given just about everything this game contains away! Why do you ask ?Because its" just a game" My toon as an T.E. is named Rusty if you see me and need help just ask ! If I can possibly help you I will You people need to stop complaining and have some fun helping out other players its much more gratifying and much more fun .

TE is great, just 2 things that rather upset me about it. 1) Missles miss way too much. Since a missle is guided, it should never miss.
2) I did read the specs it gave about all the classes before I picked TE. I distinctly remember "fastest warrior" being part of it. But other classes can reach the 1k impulse just as a te can. imo no other classes should be able to go as fast as a terran. Impulse cap should be slightly higher for tes.
